Introduction

72Smart is a business-to-business educational, training, and professional development platform intended for licensed real estate professionals and their authorized business users.  72Smart and its affiliates, as applicable based on the Services, and our service providers, all of which are based in the United States (collectively, “72Smart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), want you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose information.

This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information that we collect about you through any website, mobile application, educational platform, training program, software tool, downloadable resource, educational content, streamed audio content, webinar, marketing material, form, template, script, video, linked content, embedded content, promotional content, or other product, feature, content, or service provided by 72Smart that links to or otherwise makes this Privacy Policy available, together with HTML-formatted email messages that we send to you that link to this Privacy Policy and offline interactions you have with us. Collectively, we refer to these as the “Services.”

We do not sell Personal Information and do not disclose Personal Information to third parties for their own independent marketing, solicitation, recruiting, or lead-generation purposes. “Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. Collection of Personal Information

We collect Personal Information through the Services, including when you create an account, register for access to the Services, access educational content, access audio content, participate in webinars, access linked or embedded content, download resources, submit forms, request information, communicate with us, participate in promotional or educational programs, contact us for support, or otherwise interact with the Services.  We may also collect Personal Information from publicly available sources, professional organizations, strategic business partners, affiliates, educational partners, event partners, and service providers that assist us in operating, promoting, supporting, or providing the Services.  We need this information to provide the Services; if it is not provided, we may be unable to do so.

Use of Personal Information

We use Personal Information to provide, operate, maintain, support, and improve the Services, including providing educational content, audio content, webinars, downloadable resources, linked or embedded content, promotional materials, software tools, and related services.  We may use Personal Information to create and administer accounts, authenticate users, provide customer support, respond to inquiries, send administrative and service-related communications, deliver educational content and opportunities, deliver marketing communications (where permitted by law or with consent where required), track educational participation and content usage, administer webinars and educational programs, analyze user preferences and platform performance, improve the Services, develop new products, services, features, and educational offerings, maintain security, prevent fraud and misuse, enforce our agreements and policies, personalize user experiences, content recommendations, and educational opportunities, inform users about additional products, services, programs, events, and opportunities offered by 72Smart, its affiliates, and strategic business partners, and conduct our general business operations.

We may contact you via telephone, SMS/text message, email, or other communication channels regarding your inquiries, account activity, educational content, educational opportunities, webinars, platform updates, services, products, programs, events, promotional opportunities, and related marketing communications. These communications may be delivered using automated technologies, including artificial or prerecorded voice systems and AI-assisted communication tools. Where required by applicable law, such communications are made based on your prior consent.

We may use artificial intelligence technologies to assist in responding to inquiries, providing information, supporting educational and training-related functions, personalizing user experiences, improving the Services, enhancing customer support, facilitating communications, and providing information regarding educational opportunities, products, services, and programs. You may request to interact with a human representative where available.

Calls, messages, chats, webinars, and other communications or interactions may be recorded, monitored, retained, and reviewed for quality assurance, training, security, compliance, service improvement, educational administration, and operational purposes, in accordance with applicable law. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

We may retain certain information as required or permitted by law and as necessary to administer accounts, educational programs, webinars, and Services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our legal interests.

You may opt out of SMS communications by following the instructions provided in those messages, including replying “STOP” where applicable. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may continue to send you administrative, account-related, educational, security, and other service-related communications.

Retention Period

We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes maintain account records, educational program records, webinar participation records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, protect our intellectual property and other legal interests, and support our legitimate business operations. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the purposes for which it was collected and used.

Third Party Services

The Services may contain links to, integrate with, or make available third-party websites, applications, platforms, products, or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy, information, or other practices of any third party, and we are not responsible for the practices of such third parties. Use of Services by Minors

The Services are intended for licensed real estate professionals and their authorized business users and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from an individual under the age of 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information as required by applicable law.

Sensitive Information

Please do not provide us with sensitive Personal Information, such as Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, financial account information, payment card information, health information, or other sensitive personal data, except where specifically requested or required in connection with the Services.  If we receive sensitive Personal Information that is not required for the Services, we may delete it or otherwise handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
